Mint is originally from Udon which is in the North of Thailand
She came to Samui in 2014 for holiday and fell in love with the ocean and the general vibe of Koh Samui. She moved here a year later where she developed a passion for preparing healthy and vegan cuisine.
She has been the head chef for many years in Bangkok as well as her home in Udon. During her time as a chef, she learned the in and outs of running and operating a successful restaurant. As well as improving her already outstanding customer service techniques.
